Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow 24-72 hours to have your orderprocessed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship thepackage(s) out as soon as possible. Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Please allow up to 24-72 hours for your order to process, and an additional3 days to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world.For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 7-16 days.For International orders, please allow up to 5-20 days.
Q: Why does shipping take so long?
A: Our products are one of a kind and are significantly lower priced than othercompetitors in the baby carrier industry. The downside to this is slightlylonger shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shippedas fast as possible.

A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her
shopping experience with us.
Q: Is your website secure with my personalinformation?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information isencrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be usedone-time only upon purchasing your product. We never store any informationabout our customers private details!
Q: How do I order on your website?
A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button or usethe "Buy Now Button" Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'llhave your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
Q: Does (Your Website) provide a quality guaranteefor all the products being sold?
A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contactus immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You cansimply contact us and we'll get it addressed! You can always get a free exchange ofyour product simply by shipping it back to us with image proof sent first.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 30 minutes as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at (Info@gearbexx.com) as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, deliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.
If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at (Your stores email) as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details.
Once we process the order, we are not able to change the address and we are not to be held responsible for incorrect or insufficient address.
REFUND POLICY
We typically do not offer refunds on products as we state the shipping time for each product, as well as the product description in each product page and it is up to the customer to read this information and ultimately be the person who purchases. But, if you feel as if your product is damaged, you are able to send us clear evidence through photos of your product, packaging, as well as your customer information so our team can dispute this issue depending on the resolution.
CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions; customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
SEPARATE PACKAGES
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on back order
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
- Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)
